Just tidied up my room...
Had my medical appointment with my orthopaedic specialist today after having a super long weekend at home. Thoroughly enjoyed it, book-in blues setting on again... Friday had an ECP run, then a LWE and I got two days off...enjoyed it? Neh...
A Typical Off day for me
0740 hrs: Awoken rudely one day by RQ, scolding me for things I am not responsible for, then claiming that my assistant is not trained enough, so does that mean that I cannot even take a rest? I must be there? Then why am I paid peanuts at a rate of $1.45/ hr? And I have to go through his morning menopause daily and his "I am always corrrect" attitude everyday? I cannot even have a good sleep when I am on off? Where's my civics rights? Then today I am awoken by the bas***d David Tan who must call me to check if someone is on leave? What the heck? Am I the nanny of everyone? Heck no....
0800hrs-1200hrs: Gets a call every 15-30 mins to ask about this and that, one task takes 10 phone calls to accomplish....
1300hrs-1900hrs: Ditto.
I think I am going to suffer a nervous breakdown very soon. Did you ever check your handphone once every 5 minutes scared that you will miss a phone call from camp. Have you ever broke down after being woken up to be reprimanded? I am a human too, I am not a robort. He can do 5 things at a time cos he tells people to do it, he does not put in the effor at all. Superviors and superiors should put themselves in the shoes of their subordinates and not inisist that things must get done and all their do is nag, scold and award extras...
If one day I suffer from nervous breakdown or become mentally unstable, I hereby state that it is my RQ that has caused it. Do not forget this.
A journey down memory lane...
Went back to NYPS during its new campus open house. The place may have changed, but the spirit remains. The atmosphere is still has friendly, the teachers stays and it feels good to be home. Pictures available under Gallery. Wished that time to take a ride in the opposite direction.
Stark contrast when I went back to CHS. The place is the same; the building has turned old, paint peeling off, but still as grand as it is. However, teachers are busy, no time to chat, besides the sacarsm that came from Mrs Yeong that made me feel "Welcome back...", other than that, the staff room gave me a cold feeling, a sense that I don't feel the belonging anymore...
And I gave up on going back to Hwa Chong...
