No matter

I am counting down 15. After a long month of public holiday drought in April, I can finally sleep late again. Simply because I can wake up late. Very late.

Life, is as is. Rather, I am surviving. Not barely, just surviving. I guess I am just tired, really. Am I even making sense? I feel that everything has drained every ounce of energy out of me. I need an escape, where can I find it?

Doesn't Matter who you are with
Doesn't matter where you are going
Don't you know I'm still waiting here for you
And Pray for you

In the sunny days, suns will light your day
In the windy days, winds will lead your way
I have to say, you're my treasure moments
Never gonna walk away

In the rainy days, rains will share my tears
In the stormy days, storms will steal my pain
Just go your way and leave things all behind
Spread your wings and fly away

I'm pretending you are mine
I'm wishing you'll be fine
The moments we share never die
You made a difference to my life
And let me realise
The feeling I've got deep inside

Let's take the ride

Life has been on a roller coaster ride again, or rather my mood. It is like a year ago, where I did not get out of the wrong side of bed, I am rather happy with my day. No doubt I feel tired of this routine, the work everyday and the lack of rest. I know I need the "me" time that I haven't got in a long time.

I tried, I really did. But the walk from my office to Funan, Victoria Street and even along the Singapore River just did not make it. I need to take THE ride, walk along THE harbour, listen to THE music as I watch THE light and sound show. I need Hong Kong to keep me sane. When can I return?

Heaven and Earth

A year ago, I stepped onto Hong Kong Island for a day out with my buddy. Today, I am stressed out over at internship and meeting Siyi, just that she's at play preparing to go Taiwan for another round of INSTEP and here I am, working my ass off.

But of course, NS is hell and nothing rivals it.

A brand new day soon. My head is aching. Gotta catch some sleep.

Happy New Year!

2007 has indeed been a wonderful year. From the life-changing experience in Hong Kong has has evolved my world view on life and the importance of living life beyond academics to the hectic semester in Singapore that has saw me enjoyed the process more than the results, the ups and downs were truly lessons worth learning.

The magic number may have dropped an inch, but life now has different priorities. I have learned to enjoy the process, to make the best of life. Be thankful of what I have, 2008 would promise to be a better year and internship looks set to reach new heights very soon. Well rested, I hope I am ready to go the distance. To all my friends that has helped made this incredible year truly unforgettable,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hong Kong will be having a wonderful fireworks at Victoria Harbour and I will be glued to TVBJ for it...

I wish I am in Hong Kong. Still.
